Company-wide jobs and pay rates — only admins and junior admins can change these. Set a rate and it auto-fills pay when anyone logs or punches out.
Paydays show on everyone's calendar. Default is every Friday.
The Creator and Admins can change anything — schedule, pay, people. Only the Creator can remove people, see the activity log, and shut someone out.
Save common shift times (like “Night guard 10p–6a”) once, then pick them when building the schedule.
Only you (the Creator) can assign titles, grant app authority, or set supervisor pay. Tap a person to set theirs. Nobody can override the Creator.
1. Purpose & scope. These Policies & Procedures explain how WorkPlan™ should be used and how we operate the Service. They work alongside, and are part of, our Terms of Service. By using WorkPlan you agree to follow them.
2. Acceptable use. Use the Service only for lawful, legitimate workforce-management purposes. Do not misuse it to harass, surveil unlawfully, falsify records, or violate anyone's rights. Do not share login credentials, attempt to bypass access controls, or interfere with the Service.
3. Accounts, roles & authority. Each company has one Creator account with top authority. Only the Creator may assign Owner or Administrator roles or grant app-management authority. Administrators may manage day-to-day operations; Supervisors are a designation only and have no app control unless authority is separately granted; Employees use the time clock and their own records. No Owner, Administrator, or Supervisor may override the Creator.
4. Employee data & consent. Collect and store only the information you need (names, contact details, certifications, incident details). You are responsible for informing your employees and obtaining any consent required by law before collecting location, photos, or personal data.
5. Location / GPS. Location may be captured at clock-in and clock-out to verify shift location. It is intended to be collected in connection with work activity only. Inform your team that punches capture location and use it solely for legitimate business purposes.
6. Incident reports. Reports should be accurate, factual, and completed promptly. Each report receives a retained case number. Treat reports involving injuries, weapons, law enforcement, or other sensitive matters confidentially and share them only with those who need them.
7. Pay & timekeeping. Hours and pay shown are estimates from entered data. Managers should review and approve time, verify accuracy, and ensure compliance with wage, hour, overtime, and tax laws. The supervisor differential (+$1.00/hr) is optional and applied only when enabled for a person.
8. Data retention, backup & deletion. Data syncs across your team using your company code. Keep your own backups of important records. We are not responsible for data loss. You may request deletion of your company's data; some records may persist on devices until they sync or are cleared.
9. Security. Safeguard your company code and passwords. Use the lock screen and assign roles carefully. Report any suspected compromise to us promptly at info@newgrowthinvestmentsllc.com.
10. Billing & cancellation. Paid plans begin with a 15-day free trial and then renew automatically per the Terms of Service. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. To cancel or change a plan, contact us. Code-based and flagship accounts are free.
11. Support. For help, questions, or to report a problem: info@newgrowthinvestmentsllc.com · 305-890-1904. We aim to respond within a reasonable time during business days.
12. Updates. We may update these Policies & Procedures from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

1. Agreement. By accessing or using the WorkPlan™ application ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The Service is operated by New Growth Investments LLC, d/b/a WURTHIT™ ("Company," "we," "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service. WorkPlan provides workforce-management tools including scheduling, time tracking, GPS-based punch in/out, post orders, incident reporting, and pay estimates. The Service is a recordkeeping and coordination aid only. It is not legal, accounting, tax, payroll, or human-resources advice, and is not a substitute for professional counsel.
3. No warranty. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any data will be retained or recoverable.
4. Pay & timekeeping. All hours, rates, totals, and pay figures shown are estimates generated from data you enter. You are solely responsible for verifying their accuracy and for compliance with all applicable wage, hour, overtime, break, tax, and labor laws (including the FLSA and any state or local law). WorkPlan is not a payroll processor and is not a system of legal record.
5. Location, photos & personal data. The Service may collect GPS location at punch in/out, photos you attach, and personal information you enter (names, contact details, license/certification info, incident details). You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from your employees and others before collecting, storing, or sharing this information, and for complying with all applicable privacy laws. By using GPS features you consent to the collection of approximate location for the purposes of the Service.
6. Your responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information, use the Service lawfully, safeguard your account credentials, and ensure your team's use complies with the law. You are responsible for all activity under your accounts.
7. User content & incident reports. Incident reports, notes, photos, and other content are created by users. We do not review, verify, or endorse user content and are not responsible for its accuracy or for how you use, store, or disclose it.
8. Data, backups & security. Data may be stored on your device and synchronized using a shared team code. We use reasonable efforts but do not guarantee the security, confidentiality, or preservation of data, and cannot guarantee that data is inaccessible to others who have your team code or device. You should maintain your own backups of important records.
9. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its owners, members, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost wages, lost data, business interruption, or claims by your employees or third parties, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or USD $100 if you paid nothing.
10. Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its owners, members, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your data or content, your employment or pay practices, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
11. Free trial, subscriptions, auto-renewal & refunds. Paid plans may begin with a 15-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan begins automatically and your payment method is charged the applicable fee. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically at the end of each term until you cancel. Fees are exclusive of taxes. New subscribers may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of their first paid charge (the "satisfaction window"); after that, all payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods, unused time, downgrades, or after cancellation. You may cancel at any time, which stops the trial from converting and stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current paid period. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellation. Accounts that join with a valid company code, and the Company's own flagship accounts, are provided at no charge and this pricing does not apply to them. We may change pricing or features with at least thirty (30) days' notice; continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Termination. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or for any reason, without liability.
13. Intellectual property. WorkPlan™, WURTHIT™, the logos, and all software, design, text, and graphics are the exclusive property of New Growth Investments LLC and are protected by trademark and copyright law. All rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
14. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and, where applicable to operations or customers located there, the laws of the States of Alabama and Illinois, in each case without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties consent to jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida; Jefferson County, Alabama; or Cook County, Illinois, as appropriate to the dispute.
